Happy National Bubble Wrap Appreciation Day! No, I did not make that up (check out link --->). Bubble Wrap Day!
What is an underrated item that you are thankful for? We all show our love for shoes, a great scarf, and even a great coffee mug, but what's something that doesn't get any love?? Show your appreciation for any underappreciated item in your life.
Remember: 4-6 sentences for full credit
One item i know that doesn't get very much credit is laptops. I mean yea its a computer it's appreciated anyway but it's value as a portable item is not very appreciated. It's a larger better version of carrying a phone around. The biggest difference between phones and laptops is laptops are larger and don't get service everywhere.
ReplyDeleteI am appreciated for my purse. My purse holds all the important things i need daily. It holds my money, paint brushes, back up makeup, bandez, gum,and etc. If I didn't have my purse I would be lost when it comes to do things. It holds the back up items that I may need in my lifestyle. All I can say is thank you to whoever invented the purse. I really love my purse.
ReplyDeleteThe underrated item that i 'am thankful for is backpacks. With out backpack we would have to carry all of our book and things in our hands, all our text books, this will make your arms tired. since we have backpacks, we don't have to worry about are arms getting tired. We can carry things in the backpack and it's a lot easy to move around with.

I appreciate food! Food is amazing and I'm thankful to have it because it is great! I literally couldn't live without food!! We need a food appreciation day because I think we take food for granted. We throw away so much food when there are people in this world that die from starvation and have a hard time finding food to eat, but here we are eating away and then throwing away what we don't want. Food is great and people should appreciate it more.

Something that is underappreciated that I appreciate is school. I appreciate school because of the education I get. I know that most kids hate going to school because we have to get up early in the morning and be bored and do things that you don't want to do. But I don't think they realize how important school is for them. It prepares you for college which prepares you for your future. Even if you don't go to college school can still help you when you go into the workforce and maybe help you decide what job you want to do.
I would just like to thank wireless laptop mouse for always having my back in gimp. It makes my life so much easier when preforming any task on my laptop. It is very underrated. I don't show it near enough love, it helps me with so much. I never thought of how much I really do need it until I forgot it one day. My whole day felt weird because it wasn't around. That's why I wanted to thank my mouse for making my everday life so much eaiser.
ReplyDeleteAn underappreciated item that I appreciate is an aux cord. Some people don't value them highly because they arent that much money. But when you value money you should appreciate them. They are always getting used in my car or basically anytime music is played.

One thing that I really appreciate is oven mitts. Nobody thinks about it, but we use oven mitts all the time and never show love. I appreciate oven mitts because without them I would burn my hand trying to get food out of the oven. Without oven mitts the world would be a very different place.

One thing that is underrated but I really appreciate is q tips. You gotta get the right brand becasue if you don't they're all flimsy and they break and that's a bad deal. Equate is the way to go, it's the best brand for q tips out there.
Something that need to be more appreciated is tables and chairs. If we didn't have chairs people would have to sit on the ground and always would have to look up. Tables to because we wouldn't have anything to hold are things up to the level of the unappreciated chairs. So thanks to the people that invented these thing they help a lot.

An item that I don't appreciate often but is really helpful is my glasses because without them I can't see anything. Not having my glasses makes everything super blurry and makes me unable to see anything. I can't use contacts because I can't touch my own eye and I can't not use my glasses because I need to be able to see. So an item that I don't appreciate enough is my glasses.

Cup holders. Cup holders are great! Cup holders are always there for you, and I fell as if people don't appreciate them as much as they should. I think there should be a national cup holder day where we all appreciate how helpful this product it. This product is always there for you when you don't feel like holding your own beverage. Cup holders are there for you to hold your beverage when you busy mowing the lawn, or lounging in a chair, or driving. cup holders are a very important necessity! without them life would be much more complicated, so thank you to the inventor of the cup holder, I appreciate you and your product very, very much!!

One thing I'm really appreciative of is pencils! Without pencils we would waste so much paper trying to write things and messing up or even not being able to write things down. Anything form ideas, thoughts, plans, to simple art. We use it everyday and no one really likes to think twice about them until they don't have one.

One thing that I am very appreciative for is kleenexes. If we didn't have any of these there would be no place to blow our noses. THere could be snot everywhere and it would just be a mess. You have to have the good brand to.

One thing I underestimate is socks! Without socks life would be awful. You have so many different choices long socks, short socks, fuzzy socks, knee high socks, etc. They keep your feet comfy and warm. We would be barefooted and cold without them.

I am very thankful for toilet paper. Without toilet paper the world would be a $h!+y place. It is a very useful tool in the hygiene world. Without toilet paper the world would be full of stinky a-holes. I am very thankful for toilet paper and the crap it cleans up!!

The most underappreciated object in my life would have to be my feeding tongs. I use them every week to feed Howard and then once I clean them I usually unceremoniously toss them in the drawer underneath my snake's cage. If I didn't have those I would probably get bit a lot because Howard misses the mouse all the time. So that's what is underappreciated thing I have is.
Nail Polish. A fresh coat of polish can make anybody's day. Whether it's black or hot pink I always feel better when my nails are freshly painted. Nothing is more relaxing then somebody painting your nails and toes. It needs to be more appreciated.

I think the majority of teenagers take for granted, don't respect, and don't appreciate their parents. Yeah they yell, cuss, and ground you, but they're your parents. You only get one pair. Despite the fact that they seem overpowering, they're only trying to keep you safe. Mine are always there for me and there to help me when I need it. When I have questions, they answer them. When I have problems, they help solve them. When I need advice, they give me their opinion. I appreciate my parents and I'm glad I have them.
One underrated item I am thankful for is my bag. I appreciate this item because it makes things so much easier. It holds everything I need. I always have so much to carry around, it might be a little bit heavy but it's still helpful. I appreciate this very unappreciated item.

The most underrated thing in my life is having internet at my house I just feel like it is one of those things you don't really think of being a great thing and underrated compared to how much we depend on it and how much we use it.

I think a lot of the little things in life get taken for granted because we're so used to having them that they go unnoticed and unappreciated, even life itself gets taken for granted. I got a letter from my dad that's in prison, he wrote about how he went outside for the first time in 6 months and he couldn't even explain how happy he was to feel the sun on his face. It really got to me and now I try not to take much for granted.

Something that is definitely underappreciated in my life is my contact lenses. Every day since the 6th grade I have woken up, put my contacts in, and went on with my life. However, I hardly ever stop to think about how absolutely necessary they are. My vision is so awful that, without contacts, I would be completely useless. Glasses would be extremely inconvenient for playing sports, and they also make me dizzy because you can still see outside of the lenses and the difference is quite extensive. Overall, I believe I need to appreciate all the things that contacts allow nearly blind people like myself to accomplish.
I appreciate my glasses. Ever since I was two, i have woken up to these amazing pair of glasses. For most of my life this has been keeping me from going blind. If my glasses break I am just a lost little jelly bean. Happy glasses day everyday. -Thank You

One thing that many people don't notice is a belt. Its an item that almost everyone owns but no one really talks about it too much. If it was not for your belt your pants would never stay up and you could never have that extra place to put knife holsters, pistol holsters, or even plier holders. So lets all take a moment and thank whoever invented the belt.

I am especially happy for contacts and glasses. Without them I wouldn't be able to drive or play sports. I am also very thankful for q-tips. Yes, people overestimate those things everyday. A pet peeve is when I get out of the shower and my ears are not dry. So a big thanks to those items.

One thing I am thankful for that is often under-appreciated is privacy. My alone time is very important to me and nothing feels better than coming home after a long day and being able to seclude myself in my room. I often take it for granted that I'm an only child and don't have to deal with siblings or a noisy household. All in all, having privacy is severely underrated.

My underrated thing in my life is, parents that randomly bring you food during the school day. You the real MVP.
The most unappreciated thing that i could think of would probably be tables. Because without them it would make things harder to do. like eating or doing homework or things like that. most people i think really unappreciated them because they think about things that are more important to them.

One thing that is very needed and important and that does not get much love is my backpack. Sometimes when I forget my backpack at home and I have to carry all my books and supplies in my arms, it really stinks. Just think of having to carry all your school supplies in your arms. Especially carrying pens and pencils. That would be super hard keeping track of everything and with a backpack, everything has a slot and place. I just really am thankful for a backpack because it makes life much simpler and enjoyable.
One thing that I find is unappreciated in my daily life would be my glasses. I always forget how important they are until they aren't on my face anymore. Anyone with glasses has had that moment when they try to read something, but they can't. They sit there and wonder why they can't, until they realize they are missing their essential glasses. For those reasons, I think glasses, and people with glasses in general, should have their own day.

One thing that I am thankful for is chocolate. I feel like chocolate is very under appreciated. Chocolate is my life. I don't think I could go one day without eating chocolate.
Obviously I appreciate family and friends, as everyone should. One thing outside of the obvious ones, I appreciate my truck, it's pretty much one of my best friends, i've been through alot with that old thing, even though it has broke down a few times, it always get me home, and that's all that matters.
