Congratulations, you made it through another year!! I hope that 2015 lived up to your expectations and that you accomplished everything you set out to do. For your final blog of the year, please make a year in review about your life. Think waaaaay back to January and post your top 5 events of the year. Include a sentence about each and it can be in list form. Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas break and can't wait to see you in 2016!!
Well my birthday definitely takes first for all the fun in air-soft wars. Then I got a pretty awesome amplifier that costed about 250 bucks. Then I got a tattoo gun for practicing so its pretty cool. I also got my phone upgrade which went from a Galaxy S3 to an LG G VISTA. The last thing was that I got my plasma screen TV out of pawn which really helped the remodel of my room. All in all it was a pretty great year.
ReplyDeletethese are in no particular order...

2. The fourth this year was a good night with family and friends.
3. Any times with friends I have had, there is way to many to count.

My top five things that has happened this year was starting track, going to Florida for the summer, going to Disney World, my birthday, and most of the times I have had with my friends. All of these events I got to spend time with family and friends so they made them amazing, plus they were really fun. I cant wait for next year to keep enjoying fun night and good time with my friends and spending time with my family.
Well the first event that was most important is probably my birthday it was a good time with family. second was fourth of July that was a special event to not just me but my whole family especially this year. third was that i bought my new bow in September. fourth i had shot a deer with my brand new bow even though it wasn't a buck it was a cool experience. last I bought my truck finally after saving up most of my money for that purpose I bought what I wanted.

This past year has been really crazy. I've grown up a lot this year and have grown closer to friends and family. This year I went to South Carolina for my family vacation. I had a blast at Alyssa's 17th birthday. Had a crazy but amazing job this past summer. Another moment from this past year would be the 4th of July because my whole family was there and we went on the boat and watched fireworks from the water. The last one would have to be just hanging out with my friends and talking about nothing and everything.Hope next year is as good or better.
The past year have been the best, at first it was my birthday and I had all my friends there and I had a big bonfire. Then I got my first job at the Nursing home and I like it and the people there like me. Then at my sisters birthday I shoved cake in to her face and then she shoved cake in to my face, but we both had fun. Next I got a new nephew from one of my older sisters. Last I got to spend time with my real mom and we went shopping and just hung out for a day. It was the best year and I cant wait to see what 2016 have for me and my family and friends.

1. Going on vacation to Iowa with my family and some of my dad's family.
-We went to the Amana Colonies in Iowa this summer for vacation. The Amana Colonies weren't what we expected, but it was still fun to spend time with my family and my dad's family.
2. Winning Districts in volleyball.
-Winning districts was so exciting!!! The girls played so hard and really showed how much they wanted to win and how much they loved the game.
3. Getting my drivers license.
-I was so happy when I got my drivers license because I don't have to rely on my parents to take to where I have to go.
4. Going to the Royals games.
-Every summer, my family always goes to at least one Royals game. We went to at least 5 games this summer. I LOVE going to the Royals games.
5. Playing volleyball and basketball this summer.
-My summer was mostly filled with sports. I had a lot of fun playing volleyball and basketball this summer. We didn't play many games for basketball like we did in volleyball, but I still enjoyed every minute of it!

I didn't accomplish everything I wanted to in 2015, but that's okay. A lot of things happened in 2015 and I'm going to name 5 of those events. 1) January 1st, New Years Eve, I spent watching Maleficent with my family and Lane. 2) January 2nd, I went shopping in Jeff City with Amber, Eleanor, Lisa, and Martha. 3) January 13th, Lane and I went out on a movie and dinner date and had a blast. 4) April 25th, I went to prom for the first time and I'm happy it was with Lane. Project prom was a blast, but was tiring. 5) last but not least, was one of my favorite events was on October 20th, when my amazing volleyball team and I took 1st place at districts!!!

1.Started school in a bad place.
2.Signed up for military registration
3.Fell into a bad depression due to lack of communication and sunlight.
4.Went to meps, to swear in and become a marine.
5.Met a girl, who is going navy. She changed my life.
It has been one of the fastest years that have ever happened. It was fun and I got a new nephew but other than that it's been boring.

The five best things that happened to me in 2015 would be going to state in cross country, going to universal studios, getting a xbox one, going to sectionals in track and of course when I started dating my wonderful girlfriend.

The 2015 year was a great year my top 5 where 1 was taking 1st in the Conference high jump my 2nd would be making the All-Region team in soccer the 3nd would be taking 2nd in Districts in the high jump. 3 would be watching Nelson run at state.4 would be going to Colorado for the week. 5 would be going to Sporting Kansas City goalkeeper camp
I didn't get to accomplish everything I wanted and I don't think I was the best me I could be but since January of this year I got to do many great things and some I didn't even expect to do. 1) In January I decided I was going to play sports and made it to districts in soccer. 2) I got my first job at McDonalds and have held it for seven months. 3) I got to play on the best Volleyball team and won districts. 4) I got accepted into State Fair and I'll start dual credit classes and then get ready to go to UCM. 5) I got to expand my social life by meeting new people at my job and have chosen better people, like my boyfriend. All of these things have affected me a lot and I do think changed me for the better. There was a lot of bad in 2015 but I can't wait for 2016.

My top 5 events of the year? I haven't really done much this year. I guess that I could say that I was extremely excited for the game releases this year. I Think that I got my Xbox One at the beginning of this year so that was pretty cool. I remember that this summer was pretty boring so nothing happened there, and school is always pretty boring and uneventful so still nothing. Other than the game releases I can´t think of anything memorable that happened this year. I guess that it could be memorable that I became a senior this year but that's about it.

My favorite five memories of 2015 was getting with Ronnie in march, Hes really the best thing that has happened to me all this year. Having my birthday in may, it makes it even better knowing that school lets out 10 days after most of the time. Thanksgiving, cause of all the food, and i got to spend it with ronnie and his family. and now christmas break cause i can sleep in and not have to worry about school for like a week and a half.

One of my favorite things I did this summer was go on vacation. We did only go to the lake which I wasn't to excited about at the beginning but it ended up being a really good time. Next I would say getting my drivers license. That was such a relief passing that on my first try. My third memory was getting to play in the Mill golf tournament gain this year. We didn't do quite as good but it was still a blast. Next I would say is my soccer season. I did worked really hard to get my post season honors and was very proud of myself to get them. My last memory of the year was hunting with Cam and Landon. It was my first time duck hunting and it was a blast.

1) I got my driver's licence
-I was really excited because I've been waiting forever since my aunt and uncle made me wait until I got my glasses to get it.
2) Sold my truck
I was kinda sad that I had to get rid of it since it was my dads truck but happy too because now I'll have the money to get a car and money for college.
3) I got a 98 honda passport for my first car
- I'm really happy I got this car so I can drive back and forth to college after school and its 20 miles to the gallon.
4) I moved in with my aunt and uncle Walker
- Since my dad went to prison I either had to move to KC with my mom or stay down here with my aunt.
5) I worked all summer
- I got $1,500 in my bank account.

1. My first goal was to finish summer school with everything done.
2. My second is to work hard and earn money for myself.
3. My third goal was to earn money and save up to fix my phone screen.
4. My fourth goal was to hangout with my friends all summer.
5. My last goal was to be more responsible and do good things.
This year has had many ups and downs, but I wouldn't change it for the world. Especially this summer. One of the 5 was tubing with everyone (Cam, Landon, Trey, Colton, Joe, & Shelby). The second was all the late night runs to walmart and sonic with everyone. Or the time we went to Joe's house and riding horses all day. Another one before summer was all the FCCLA trips with Mak Brown. Also working at Big Dicks all summer was really fun and making a lot of money. This year was pretty cool I hope 2016 is better.
ReplyDeleteIn January of 2015 I was at my third high school, my second one in South Dakota. The only thing I accomplished in SD was straight D's. February 1st was the day I moved to Missouri. I managed to get my grades up to a decent spot and those were the best grades I have my whole high school year. This I have had pretty much all A's and B's. This is a huge accomplishment for me. I made honor roll first quarter. I'd have to say one of my biggest accomplishments would be getting accepted into not one college but four and hopeful a few more. One things for sure I am ready for 2015 to end and 2016 to begin, because that means school is almost over!

2015 was the greatest year ever for me. It was filled with awesome experiences and such. This is my top five moments/experiences of 2015. #5. Slaying the minotaur. Although there was nothing fun about destroying my car over a cow, it was definitely something that I'll never forget and will be talking about for years to come. #4. Luck of the Irish. Luck of the Irish was a mystery dinner that I did in the spring and on top of making money, I got Nelson to speak in an annoying and terrible Italian accent all night. #3. My trip to Florida. It was really fun and I went to Universal Studios as well as Sea World. The Harry Potter portion of Universal was amazing and perfect in every way, and although it was raining most of the day at Sea World, the rides were still fun (added intensity when it's raining). #2. The Practically Perfect Musical. Mary Poppins was the first time I ever did a musical and it was really fun. I met a lot of new people but not nearly as many as I met in number one...
#1. Missouri Boys State. MBS was probably the best thing that I've ever done. 1,000 juniors get a week to build and sustain a state government and economy. It was awesome and I met a lot of people that I'm still friends with now. I definitely recommend it to any juniors or people who will eventually become juniors. It's a week, it's free, and having America's NUMBER ONE Leadership program on your resume typically looks pretty good.

This year has been a pretty amazing year. My top five events of this year are probably:
1. Going on a vacation to New Orleans. It was an amazing and fun experience that I would love to do again.
2. My sister had her kid and then she moved out. That made a huge impact on me cause I don't get to see her much.
3. I went hunting. I love hunting.
4. My moms small shop that she owned started falling apart so she had to sell it, it was hard at some points but we made it through it.
5. Last but not least I started at a new school. I like it here, it's different from my previous school and it's really different from when I was homeschooled. But in all I really like it here.

Wow, 2015 has been an incredible year. I would say that this year has definitely been one of my favorites ever, and it was full of really great memories.
1. Going to Florida
I went to Pensacola for the fifth time this summer, and it was probably the best time I've had so far.
2. FLY Convention in Estes Park, CO
This was my first time ever seeing the Rocky Mountains and it was incredible. It was also amazing to be with 2,000 other kids all there to worship God.
3. Getting a 30 on the ACT
This has been really helpful when it comes to scholarships.
4. Getting a hole-in-one at Districts
I still can't believe that actually happened. I can still remember how good that shot felt when I hit and how shocked I was when I learned that I made it.
5. Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens
Okay, so this hasn't even happened yet, but I already know it is going to be one of my favorite memories. This Thursday, my friends and I are going to the early release and I cannot wait.

ReplyDeleteA lot of things have happened to me this year, too many to decide on the most important. Instead, here is a top 5 list of the best games from 2015 that I have actually played before.
5. Dying Light
4. Dark Souls 2; Scholar of the First Sin
3. Splatoon
2. Fallout 4
1. Arkham Knight
There are some really good games that don't make the list because I haven't played them before. However, I plan on getting them before the year and playing them through before making a final top five or top ten list. And yes, I did just put Arkham Knight above Fallout 4.

This year has not been very good for me, but it has had its perks.
#5. Making new friends. Who doesn't like making new friends?!
#4. Halloween Dance. That dance was my baby and I have never been more proud in my life than I was when my idea became a reality.
#3. Realizing what I'm going to do with my life. I realized that I'll never be truly happy in life unless I follow my dreams.
#2. Academic Team. We may have only had one meet so far this year, but we're off to a GREAT start.
#1. The Saucy Podcast. Rule number one of the Saucy Podcast is that you don't talk about the Saucy Podcast. Sorry!

The year 2015 has definitely been a crazy one. There has been ups and downs and good and bad, as most people do. Here are five of the top things that have happened in this year.
1. Playing as a setter on school ball's team and winterball.
I really enjoy setting and I am going to try and work hard to become a better one.
2. Getting my car.
I have always wanted a pretty nice car and I got one. It should last me forever, so I think it is worth every penny.
3. Passing my dual credit classes with A's and A-'s.
This was a huge accomplishment to me and I plan to only gain knowledge as I work hard towards the person I want to become.
4. Getting a job.
I got a job at the nursing home and enjoyed it a lot. I also just started working at Veracruz in Versailles and received my first paycheck, which I am super happy about. (I get $8.50! How crazy is that for a beginner!!)
5. This summer hanging out with my friends.
Almost everyday in the summer, I would go swimming or at least hangout with my friends which made it a special one. We would just hangout and relax before we had to come back to school.

2015! wow, sometimes I feel like it's still 2011, time really flys by, like this year for example. It seems like this year just started, and yet it's already over. I didn't really have that much going on this year, but some good did come!
1.This year We moved into a new house, which is pretty great! I finally get my own room, I was sharing with my sister, which was absolutely horrid!
2. Way back in January, I quit McDonalds, which was the best decision ever. It was fun working there at first, but then all it was, was drama, and my boss always being rude and grouchy for no reason, and yelling all the time for no reason! It was full of negativity and I started to hate my job. I can proudly say that I was very glad to get out of there!!
3.I got a new job at Sonic, which actually isn't to bad. I love my job, but I need more hours, a.k.a more money! I guess you could call me a workaholic!
4 The first step to my adult life has started! I got accepted to state fair! now I just need to figure out where I'm going after!
5. I won my very first..well anything. This year I won the art contest in warsaw, I got first place in my category, charcoal, and I also got best of show! I took the trophy home with pride!
In conclusion, I guess one can say that my 2015 wasn'nt too bad!

2015 has held a lot of events and emotions, it's had my first varsity goal and my first car wreck, overall it's been pretty great and 2016 will be even better. My first memory i think of when i think 2015 is having my first "wreck" i was backing out of dollar general and hit wades grandma. The next i think of is scoring my first varsity soccer goal, my first game of the season i managed to get a ball past the keeper and beet my brother in highschool goals. I also go to spend my summer doing what i love, cutting hay, i know its nothing special but i love doing it. Besides scoring my first varsity goal i also just loved playing soccer, it's my favorite sport and there's nothing i would rather do. Finally i found out i get to go to Washington Dc, i guess it's actaully going to happen next year, but it still counts since i found out this year.

2015 has gone by so quick but it was overall a pretty good year.
1. I went to a Luke Bryan concert for the first time and it was the best day of my life.
2. Nicholas and I got a dog together and she now goes everywhere with us.
3. I am graduating early next Tuesday so I can get college over and done.
4. I got my dream job just by texting the veterinarian and telling him I was willing to learn and do anything if he ever needed help.
5. I got to win districts and go to sectionals with the best team ever.

ReplyDelete2015 has probably been one of the most exciting and shocking years of my life. It seems like this year has flown by but I guess that's because it has been so much fun.
1. Of course several of my best moments this year have been because of sports. This year I got to participate in the state track meet and that was very exciting.
2.I got to go to Nebraska with my family to the zoo. We got to pet sting rays and that was an amazing experience.
3. Our volleyball team won districts. After being in the district championship game and losing for 3 years it was nice to win my senior year.
4. This year I got the chance to participate in the All-State volleyball matches. Playing with the best girls in the state was an experience I will never forget.
5. I took two dual credit classes and passes them both with good grades. I learned a lot from these classes and I feel much more prepared for college now.
